Product Overview
MetLQ-800 is a high-performance metallic composite repair system engineered for structural restoration, surface rebuilding, and defect correction in industrial components. It provides a combination of high mechanical strength, thermal stability, and strong adhesion on substrates such as aluminium, cast iron, carbon steel, and stainless steel.
Formulated with a high-density filler system and optimized resin matrix, the material delivers a dense, metal-like cured structure with low shrinkage and reliable load-bearing capability. Good performance under mechanical stress, temperature variation, coating processes, and exposure to industrial chemicals and abrasive conditions.
