Product Description
MetLQ-900 is a metal filler putty developed for surface correction on metal parts prior to powder coating or painting. It is used to fill dents, pinholes, surface porosity, weld marks, rivet impressions, machining lines and damaged surface areas so that a smooth and uniform surface is achieved before coating.
After curing, the putty forms a dense, well-bonded repair layer that adheres strongly to metal substrates. During electrostatic powder application, the repaired area behaves close to the base metal. After coating, the repaired area blends fully with the base surface and no visual difference is observed.
Key Benefits
- Stable behaviour during coating and oven curing
- Smooth sanding and controlled feather-edge blending
- Dense and compact repair surface
- Uniform surface appearance after coating
